The roadshow took place at Huruyadzo shopping centre where young artists provided entertainment by singing about the importance of registering to vote.

People were motivated to register to vote by our local upcoming artist which included Actress Goretta, Junior Fire, Gaza Queen, Rodney Killer, Culture Kid and Dadza D was the main attraction of the day.

A total of 94 people comprising 54 women and 40 men managed to register during the day using one BVR kit that was installed in St Mary’s community hall.

“The aim of the roadshow is to encourage residents of St Mary’s and Chitungwiza in general to register to vote for the upcoming 2018 elections”, said Eddington Shayanowako, the Director of CCDN during an interview with Chitownews Team.
